POSITION; PLANT MANAGER-TUKUYU (MBEYA)
REPORTING TO; Technical Director
The job holder holder will be responsible for the overall management of company operations in Mbeya, this includes ensuring that all plants and machineries for both Ilenge, Ikama and Kyejo are running effective. This include includes effective management of Human Resources, Financial resources, Plant, Machineries and Vehicles and ensuring all deliveries and dispatches are done on timely manner and in accordance with applicable local and international standards.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
•    Ensure defined production targets are met as per approved budget. This will include supervising production line operations of both CO2 recovery plants in accordance with plant parameters and procedures
•    Performing plant daily production calculations and ensuring that all plants and documents are kept safe
•    Ensuring that transport and distribution procedures are implemented including Fueling procedures, Dispatch procedures, Bulk CO2 deliveries documentations, Weighing & Measures, truck general maintenance procedures and ensuring minimum CO2 stock losses during transfer.
•    Ensure compliance with SHE (Safety, Health and Environments) standards and procedures. This includes compliance in PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) procedures, sanitation & hygiene policies, minimizing CO2 and refrigerant leaks, so as to ensure a clean and safe work area
•    Any other duties as may be assigned by Management

•    Electrical Engineering Degree from a recognizable institution and MUST be registered with Engineers registration Board of Tanzania
•    Over 10 years working experience in a manufacturing carbon dioxide production environment 5 of which is at managerial level
•    Fluency in both written and spoken English and Swahili and Advance computer skills

The Director of Kilimanjaro Christian Medical Centre shall be a Medical Doctor (MD) with
specialist qualifications in any field of Medicine and not less than 8 years experience in a
management position in hospital/Medical Training Institution. The office requires that he/she is a
creative, physiologically stable, diplomatic, courageous, and tolerant person of high integrity.
He/she must be a mature person of at least 40 years of age with a. pleasant personality, able to
create team spirit among staff.
TERMS OF SERVICE
He/she will be appointed on a five (5) year contract basis renewable. He/she will be answerable
to the Board of Governors (BOG) for the management of the KCMC Hospital.
RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES
•    Will be responsible to provide leadership for Kilimanjaro Christian Medical Centre;
•    Will ensure that Christian principles, upon which GSF is founded, are observed at

creed;

and KCMC and to develop new contacts;

•    Will conduct negotiations with Government and supporting partners;

Michael Dawson has urged the Spurs board to stick with Mauricio Pochettino – the man who axed him after nearly a decade at White Hart Lane.
The Hull defender holds no grudges against Pochettino for ending his spell at Tottenham and believes the board must give him time and space to turn the club into a Premier League force once more.
Dawson, who will line up against his former club at the KC Stadium on Sunday, has been surprised by their poor start to the season but insists Pochettino has to be given the opportunity to turn things around.

“They have to be patient,” said Dawson, who played over 300 games for Spurs. “It takes time when you bring in a manager and he brings different players in. He will have a different style of football.
“I have seen a few off in nine-and-a-half years at Spurs! It was Martin Jol when I first signed, then Juande Ramos, which was a hard time for the club and for me personally, as I wasn’t playing as well as I should, along with a number of other players – which is why we were in trouble.
“Harry Redknapp came in and got us into the Champions League places. That was a major experience for me. Then Spurs finished fourth again but missed out on the Champions League due to Chelsea winning it. That was very harsh. To miss out in those circumstances was difficult to take.
“Harry’s record spoke for itself and no one else has put Spurs into the Champions League so I was sad to see him go. Andre Villas-Boas came after that and had a good record, but we went through a hard time with losing badly to Manchester City and Liverpool.
“That was a decision to move to Tim Sherwood who came in and did well and now they have gone to Pochettino. There are high expectations at Spurs and it comes with a lot of pressure. You have to be able to live that.”
History suggests Pochettino has to act fast, as Spurs are a lowly 12th in the table and have already lost five times this season in the league.

Arsenal are reportedly planning to hijack Liverpool’s move for Maxi Pereira with a bid of their own in January.
The Benfica full-back has been linked with the Anfield outfit in recent weeks with rumours of Glen Johson’s exit from the club intensifying.
It is believed that Liverpool were close to wrapping up a deal for Pereira, who is seen as an idea replacement for the England international, although The Metro claims that the Gunners could pounce with the Uruguayan’s contract up at the end of the season.

Pereira has made 14 appearances for Benfica this season, finding the net on two occasions in the Portuguese Liga.
The Premier League duo are also said to have shown an interest in signing Anderlecht playmaker Dennis Praet.

Manchester United are reportedly lining up a bid to sign out-of-favour PSG midfielder Yohan Cabaye ahead of Liverpool.
Cabaye is ready to return to the Premier League in January after failing to become a regular with PSG, and Liverpool had been leading the race to sign him.
But reports say United have decided the Frenchman would be a perfect addition to their midfield and will now make a move.

PSG are thought to be willing to part with the player for about £20milliion – an amount that would suit Louis van Gaal, who has been given huge funds to spend in the new year.

Bayern Munich have announced that Philipp Lahm will be out of action for three months after suffering a fractured ankle in training on Tuesday.
The 31-year-old retired from international duty with Germany following their World Cup triumph in July, but was hurt while training with his club and will now require surgery.
Lahm had to be driven from the training pitch on a golf kart after pulling up with the injury to his right foot when unchallenged and underwent further examination in the afternoon, where it was confirmed he has fractured his ankle.

“Big blow for Philipp Lahm. The captain has suffered a fractured ankle. He needs an operation and will be out for around 3 months,” Bayern announced via their official Twitter account.
Before the event, Lahm had been speaking to Bayern’s official website about the enjoyment he got from extra time off during the international break.
“It is very pleasant. You have a few days off, can turn off, rejuvenate and spend time with the family,” he said.
“That feels good. In recent years, I had only midweek matches, so it seems to me.”
Lahm has been a key figure for Bayern this season, making 18 appearances in all competition, scoring twice in the process.

Wojciech Szczesny has revealed he would be happy to join Manchester United if it allowed Arsenal to sign Zlatan Ibrahimovic – at least in a video game.
The Polish stopper gave an interview in which he was asked about his performance on FIFA.
When the cameras turned to the screen they were presented with a message reading ‘Fans pleased for Ospina’.

When asked why Gunners fans would be pleased for the Colombian stopper – who moved to the Emirates over the summer – Szczesny explained what had transpired in the game.
The 24-year-old says he could not resist an £18.5m offer from Manchester United for his services.
But before Gunners fans become too irate, they should know his intentions were only to benefit Arsene Wenger.
However, instead of following his instincts and buying a sold defensive midfielder, Szczesny instead opted to bring in more firepower up front by signing Ibrahimovic.
He admits: “I guess it was worth replacing Szczesny with Ibrahimovic.”

Wayne Rooney closed in on Sir Bobby Charlton's all-time England record of 49 goals with a double that ensured England returned to Scotland with a comfortable victory at Celtic Park.

Scotland were hoping to inflict defeat on the Auld Enemy and build on confidence gained from the pivotal Euro 2016 qualifying win against the Republic of Ireland on Friday.

Rooney, however, had other ideas with two second-half goals to add to Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain's opener as England secured a fully deserved win on their first visit to Glasgow since 1999.
The England captain now has 46 international goals, his second coming late on to snuff out brief hopes of an unlikely Scotland revival after Andrew Robertson had pulled one back.

It was a highly satisfactory night for England manager Roy Hodgson, who has now seen his side win six successive games as they rebuild after the disappointment of their early World Cup exit in Brazil.
For Scotland, who looked jaded following their exertions against the Republic, consolation can come with the knowledge that their main business in this international period was winning that qualifier, which they achieved successfully.

England's own qualifiers have proved routine, but this was billed as a more serious test of their resolve and credentials in the stirring surroundings of Parkhead - and Hodgson will feel this was a test they passed emphatically.

As for Rooney, he moved to within touching distance of his place in history and overtaking Charlton's record as England take a break until they meet Lithuania in their next Euro 2016 qualifier at Wembley in March.
Scotland had only two Premier League players in their starting line-up, Hull City's Robertson and Everton's Steven Naismith and at times that gulf in experience, competitive edge and class was all too obvious.
Hodgson played the straightest of bats in the build-up, declining to portray this as any different to a routine friendly as England came north of the border for the first time since the Euro 2000 qualifying play-off in 1999 - although the naked hostility displayed by both sets of supporters to the respective national anthems may have just altered his opinion.
It was Hodgson's side who made the more assured start and Danny Welbeck, so reliable in front of goal for England recently, should have done better than shoot straight at Scotland keeper David Marshall when played in by Rooney.
Scotland were getting some encouragement from the pace of Watford's Ikechi Anya, but looked somewhat leg-weary and lacking in inspiration and when England went ahead after 32 minutes, it was an advantage they deserved.

Jack Wilshere created the opportunity with a long, driven pass which found Oxlade-Chamberlain, who applied a thin but decisive touch with his head to beat Marshall.

Strachan introduced Darren Fletcher and James Morrison for Chris Martin and Scott Brown, as well as Craig Gordon for Marshall in goal, in an attempt to give his team fresh impetus at the start of the second half, but it was England who struck again two minutes after the restart.

Scotland failed to clear a free-kick and when Robertson could only divert Wilshere's shot into the path of Rooney, he reacted swiftly to divert a smart header past Gordon.
As the clock ran down and substitutes arrived on a regular basis, Robertson gave Scotland hope with a close-range finish with seven minutes left.

Rooney responded almost instantly by crowning another good passing move with a powerful finish and a somersault of celebration in front of England's elated supporters.

Former world number one Tiger Woods has asked for an apology from veteran golf writer Dan Jenkins after being made the subject of a parody interview.

Jenkins, who has covered golf for more than 60 years, wrote the spoof for Golf Digest,  stating its fictitious nature.
He ridiculed the 14-times major winner's failed marriage and joked that the 38-year-old enjoyed firing people and disliked paying tips.
Woods described it as a "grudge-fuelled piece of character assassination."
Jenkins, 84, who has reported on more than 200 majors, said he wrote the piece because he has never been granted an exclusive interview with Woods, who has not played since August because of injury.
Woods countered: "I like to think I have a good sense of humour, and that I'm more than willing to laugh at myself.
"Good-natured satire is one thing, but no fair-minded writer would put someone in the position of having to publicly deny that he mistreats his friends, takes pleasure in firing people and stiffs on tips - and a lot of other slurs, too."
Woods' agent Mark Steinberg, who was mentioned in the fake interview, has written to Golf Digest asking for an apology.
However, Jenkins wrote on Twitter:  "My next column for Tiger: defining parody and satire. I thought I let him off easy".

A Football Association official asked the England supporters' band to stop playing during the win over Scotland after it inadvertently provided background music to anti-IRA singing.

As the band played Follow England Away - a song it regularly performs - some of the 5,000 away fans began the anti-IRA chant.

Manager Roy Hodgson said: "I didn't have a clue what they were chanting.
"If anyone was offended, I'm sure the FA would like to apologise to them."
An FA official contacted the band during the first half to ask it to stop playing the song because it was providing the tune for the offensive singing.

England band leader John Hemmingham has also apologised for any offence caused but stressed the musicians were unaware of the issue.
He explained: "All the fans around us were singing Follow England Away. It was only when a band member saw on Twitter that some people were saying we were playing anti-IRA songs that we became aware.

"Then we immediately stopped and played something else."
He also insisted it was the band who brought the issue to the attention of the FA, and not the other way round.
Hodgson added: "I don't condone it. Hopefully they will behave themselves and not get themselves into a situation where their chanting is being criticised."

Police Scotland reported no football-related disorder in the immediate aftermath of the match and said they had not received any reports of offensive chants.
England won the match 3-1 with Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain putting them ahead before Wayne Rooney scored either side of Andrew Robertson's goal for Scotland.

Reigning champions Nigeria will be desperate to emerge from the final round of 2015 Africa Cup of Nations qualifying on Wednesday with one of the six remaining spots for the tournament.

With 10 countries already qualified for the 17 January to 8 February showpiece in Equatorial Guinea , five more will join them as one of the top two teams in the groups, while one more will go through as the best third-placed side.

Nigeria's campaign has besieged by problems both on and off the field, which has put them in serious danger of failing to earn the right to defend their title.
But they go into their final match against already-qualified South Africa with their fate in their own hands after they beat Congo 2-0 on Saturday.
 
"It was not an easy game against a very determined Congo side, but luck was on our side. We took a big step forward (by this win)," said coach Stephen Keshi, who will be without Reading midfielder Hope Akpan, who dislocated his shoulder in Congo, and the suspended Godfrey Oboabona.

"We know what to expect from South Africa. They are in a confident mood after winning the group and qualifying. They have never beaten Nigeria in a competitive game so they will come here with a determination to break that record but we are prepared. 

"Now we must do everything to get the three points and qualify for the Nations Cup."
South Africa are unbeaten in their five qualifying matches under coach Ephraim 'Shakes' Mashaba.
But the Bafana Bafana boss is wary of what awaits them in the southern town of Uyo.

"Going back to Nigeria will be war, it won't be just an ordinary football match," said Mashaba, whose side were held 0-0 by the Super Eagles in Cape Town.
"Nigeria never expected to draw with us, and we should've beaten them, on the day luck was just not on our side."
Third-placed Congo, who last featured at the Nations Cup 14 years ago, will go through as the best third-place side if they win in Sudan.
Guinea blew open Group E after they trounced Togo 4-1 in Lome at the weekend, and now have to overcome Uganda by more than 2-0 in their final match at home to book their ticket to the final.
The match will be played in Morocco because of the severity of the outbreak of the Ebola virus in Guinea.
Both Uganda and Guinea now have seven points, but Uganda are ahead on the head-to-head rule after they beat the Syli Nationale 2-0 in Kampala in September.
The President of Uganda Yoweri Museveni has passed on a message to the team, via a phone call with coach Milutin 'Micho' Sredojevic.
"Don't panic. Don't play under any pressure. Ugandans are proud of you. Qualify and be part of history," said President Museveni, who also gave Micho some tactical advice.

Asamoah Gyan has resumed training after a knee injury and Jordan Ayew will return after suspension but older brother Andre Ayew suffered a thigh injury in Uganda and has been ruled out of the match.
It is a straight fight between the Ivory Coast and Democratic Republic of Congo for the remaining automatic qualification from Group D after a second-half strike by Vincent Aboubakar against DR Congo in Yaounde gave Cameroon an unassailable 13 points.

Ivory Coast are on nine points, three points clear of DR Congo, and will now need at least a draw at home in Abidjan against Cameroon to guarantee their place.
The Elephants fell 4-2 in Cameroon three months ago in a very entertaining clash.
And DR Congo skipper Youssouf Mulumbu, whose side will face eliminated bottom club Sierra Leone, said they have not given up hope of the results going their way on Wednesday.

Mali, Malawi and Ethiopia will jostle for another ticket in Group B, which has already been won by on-form Algeria.
The Eagles of Mali are second with six points and welcome Algeria to Bamako, while Malawi, who also have six points but an inferior goal difference, square up against bottom team Ethiopia, who are on three points.

Mali have only to beat Algeria, who boast a perfect record after five rounds of matches, to seal qualification.
They will be without Wolves midfielder Bakary Sako and Bordeaux striker Cheick Tidiane Diabate.
Despite those absences - and their 1-0 defeat by Algeria in September - defender Adama Tamboura is confident his team can progress.

"The first game against Algeria was a good game, but the goal they scored was offside. Now we play at home and I'm very sure we can win, then we are through," he said.
Even bottom team Ethiopia have an outside chance if they beat Malawi by at least two clear goals and Mali lose at home to Algeria.

Malawi are also in contention should they beat Ethiopia by a big score after they defeated them 3-2 at home in September.
They will go up to nine points and have cancelled out Mali on the head-to-head after they reversed a 2-0 loss in Bamako three months ago by also beating the West Africans 2-0 in Malawi on Saturday.

McLaren are to delay the announcement of their 2015 driver line-up until December as they decide who should partner Fernando Alonso.

McLaren chairman Ron Dennis has to decide between existing team drivers Jenson Button and Kevin Magnussen.

The team said on its Twitter account: "We know you're awaiting news on our driver line-up. We'll announce after 1 December - you'll hear it here first."
Double world champion Alonso's move from Ferrari is yet to be announced.
Dennis had been leaning towards retaining Magnussen, 22, who is coming to the end of his first season in Formula 1.

But 2009 world champion Button lies seventh in the world championship standings with 106 points, compared to the 55 of Denmark's Magnussen.
McLaren said in a statement that the delay was because "selecting the optimal driver line-up for a Formula 1 team is clearly an important process, and it is therefore one that requires precise and prolonged analysis".

The team said that they wanted to avoid any distraction from achieving the best possible result at the final grand prix of the season in Abu Dhabi this weekend.
McLaren have an outside chance of beating Ferrari to fourth place in the constructors' championship.

A German player should win the 2014 Ballon d'Or after their World Cup success in Brazil, says Manchester United manager Louis van Gaal.

Lionel Messi and Cristiano Ronaldo are tipped to be the main contenders, with United's Angel Di Maria also nominated for the world's best player award. 
"You always have to win something and the best thing to win is the World Championship," Van Gaal told MUTV.

"I hope it shall be a German player because they deserve it."
He added: "In Germany, the level of the matches in the Bundesliga is also very high."
The 63-year-old, who as Netherlands coach led his side to the World Cup semi-finals, also said he was surprised to have been nominated in the coach of the year category at the Fifa awards, which take place in January 2015.

Van Gaal took over as United manager in the summer, charged with revitalising the Old Trafford club after a disappointing 2013-14 campaign that saw David Moyes sacked after 10 months in charge, but United took just 13 points from their opening 10 games - their worst start to a league campaign since 1986.
