Lionel Messi ‘Fed Up’ and ‘Wants To Leave’ Barcelona In Sensational Transfer Revelation

Barcelona star Lionel Messi is described as being ‘fed up’ and looking for an exit from the club after ongoing allegations over unpaid taxes, according to the Guardian.
A source close to the player is quoted as saying that the Argentine wants to leave the Nou Camp after his recent legal problems, which could even result in a jail sentence.
Messi has been accused of not declaring all of his income, and has previously stood trial over this issue, though the threat goes on that he may face time in prison.
Big names in the Premier League, such as Chelsea, Manchester City and Manchester United, have all been linked with the 27-year-old in recent times, and there would no doubt be a long list of suitors for his signature if he were to become available.
Messi is widely regarded as the best player in the world and one of the best of all time after a glittering career with Barca, for whom he has won a long list of major trophies as well as breaking numorous individual records along the way.
Still, his time with the Catalan giants may be coming to an end, with a source saying: “There are other elite sportspeople who have tax problems and they’ve all been settled administratively, as was the case with Real Madrid players Xabi Alonso and Iker Casillas and tennis star Rafa Nadal.
“Messi is the only one who faces legal proceedings that could end with him going to jail. He’s fed up with Spain and that’s why he wants to leave.”
